If I lose 40 minutes every time I refuel, I won’t be able to make any deliveries on time, and no one will want to hire me. I tried to refuel here using the Mudflap app, and it was a complete hassle. The female staff member kept making mistakes, so I had to go back and forth from the pump to the inside twice. The third time, she didn’t select DEF, so I had to return again just for the DEF, and in the end, I couldn’t get the DEF. She asked for help from another woman who seemed to be a manager, but that person was reluctant to assist the staff member, who was clearly new and inexperienced. I will never buy fuel from this brand again.

Really? ONE BATHROOM FOR MEN AND WOMEN !!
I do so much travelling and I have never stopped anywhere and see this. State law should be mandatory for every fuel and food location along any hwy to have a min of 3 stallls and family washroom!
Shut the business down until this happens. Or mandate 100portapottues this is a major country in the world! This is absurd and inexcusable. Worse part is staff thinks this is ok!!

Nice selection of drinks, tables had to be washed by customers because employees were busy on their phones instead of cleaning store. Bathrooms were clean.

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese burrito and it was mostly cold, with the sausage being just barely warm. It wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. There were only about 2 bites of egg in the middle. Someone needs to send these people south to learn how a real burrito is made!

I ordered chicken breakfast wrap. ??Time to bring in a new kitchen, Panera Bread, is 100% a better choice for this location instead of the Roost ??

We were really disappointed. We had never had Roost Chicken before. The location was overall very dirty and the employees were less than enthusiastic or friendly. The chicken strips were dry. The mashed potatoes were burnt and they forgot to add the gravy that was ordered. The biscuit was hard and dry. Very disappointed. Likely will not return to any Roost location because of this experience.

Wish I could give a zero because of health violations, customer care or lack there of or even ruining a good brand. Now really analyze this picture and tell me all the things that it implements regarding this establishment. Just to be clear I bought this today.

While traveling from Chicago to Akron Ohio, we made a pit stop here to get gas, some soda and use the bathroom. The bathroom was clean as well as the rest of the store. It was well organized, brightly lit and properly staffed. It also stocks some souvenir items along the front wall, so I ended up buying a harmonica. It's a nice and conveniently located store off the highway for weary travelers.

Been here 3 times this week and no regular coffee. Been happening alot over the last month. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting as well.
