USED TO be a good bank. I over drafted once in 15 years (not my fault ) and wouldn’t even consider refunding my over draft fee. Find a better bank , I’m going to.

Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge on how banking works. I've had a active dispute going on since June still being dragged out and told will take until September 8th. The bank never is never on the same page with there employees I have been told different answers every time I talk someone at the call center or branch. My account even though it has a active dispute constantly getting charged fees every day for no reason. Last person I spoke to said I had nothing to worry about that the bank will reverse the fees and everything as soon as my dispute settled. We'll found out today my account was closed and I had no access to anything. This bank is a damn circus and I'd highly recommend banking anywhere but here if you prefer to keep your money safe and prefer not to have multiple issues and false information given to you.

I don't know why i still bank with 1st source, Every time I apply for a loan they always deny me one. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. They call and send me offers on how to help only to tell me no. don't send offers if you won't back them.what a joke. if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I had the account in direct deposit when I lost my job in November 2018 and I had not entered until April when I went to work well again. Relying on a stable bank I learn that my account was like $ 500 less, almost a week of work that I take off this bank! They say it's because I had it in direct deposit and it's like a fine for not having entry all these months. I tried to talk to the manager and the boy who speaks Spanish told me that there is nothing to do and that there was no point talking to the manager because he was going to say the same. What a robbery! A week of work! What a disappointment! Take care!
