Dont bank here!!! This bank is rediculous. Certainly not worth the hassle. As if banks don't siphon enough money out of you, they now want to charge me a $5 fee to cash one of THEIR customer's checks, written to me. Never in all my years.... The greed is so disappointing.

This branch should be the training center for the entire operation! Absolutely professional always and greets customers on a first name basis Big bank power with the hometown good neighbor style! I wish my experience was like this at every branch the staff at bristol st does not work to this standard- Hats off keep up the great work!

Worthless fraud department and customer service. I'm being stuck with $450 worth of fraudulent charges I never made and a branch manager said there is nothing they can do.
