I went in to withdraw $’s from a Roth. While sitting there a stranger from the streets comes in, stands behind me and starts talking to the associate. My ss# , my ID and my statement are in plain view. No one stopped him or confronted him. Total lack of security and concern. I backed him away and 1st Source did nothing. Their response afterwards was “ ya, Umm” . That is a direct quote.I will server my relationship with them and freely and willingly relate this incident to all. Not a secure environment for guests, how secure is your money?????

Elizabeth Birke is the best at 1st Source. She opened our personal checking out & has been a pleasure to work with, Just recently had fraud on my husband's debit card and she was on top of it and helped right away. Thank you for being a great person and caring. Thank you.

What a waste of time, Just to run around a customer in a circle.
