“This post office is hard to handle. You will be suprised at how much is management's fault as the mailmen are failing them constantly. They can do with a good hiring process instead of what?”
“My wife and I went in to apply for a passport and Milissa was great. Fully explained everything, did our photos, we signed and paid - all done in under half an hour. She even told us what to expect in the three mailings we’ll each receive and approximately when they’ll come.”

“I called to see if they could take drop offs (they can) and print a label (they cannot). The person I spoke to was helpful, I only had a short wait, and was helped beyond what they could do at the office (recommended to print the label at the library) (support our libraries!) Only ranking 4 stars because they couldn't print the label for me which I know they could, it's just not policy which I understand I just wish it was.”
