I use to enjoy going here until recently I had a bad experience. I was suppose to have 2 comp rooms then apparently I only booked one night then they could not comp my second night because they were “sold out” but then they found a room and had to pay full price. We arrived to our room and our bed had blood stains all over the sheets/comforter- my kids were terrified. Called down and they switched us but thought they were “sold out”. Received no discount or anything just a sorry. I am a Caesars member but will no longer be.

Ceasars hotel is great location is good nice views bartender john at Ceasars casino was excellent, excellent pool, food section wasn't good that was the only thing while we were there that was bad everything else excellent

Not close to any restaurants or shopping. Roo.was dirty. Staff was difficult.

I love Caesars, though my rating might be skewed because of the awesome bartenders. The building is beautiful and well maintained. I have only had good experiences at Gordon Ramsey Steak, though I have actually never had the steak honestly. I always get oysters or fish, and their seafood is on point there.

I just wanted to recognize the head of security for how she handled a situation last night we had with the Manager George at Gordon Ramsey’s. George’s level of unprofessionalism was such an embarrassment for this establishment. We have been a customer of Caesar’s for years and have never had a problem until he started working there. However, security showed the level of respect and customer service that we have always been given and it was encouraging to see that this was strictly a reflection of George’s leadership and character.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway not far from downtown Louisville. Hot water in the room was not working and they easily moved us to another room and dropped all fees and gave us a late check out.
