“I went to this bank as a favor for a family member- to pay a bill. I had the money and knew a bit of her info to verify it was the correct account. Easy enough! The teller I worked with was friendly. Also, being the only customer in the bank, I was in and out in no time. The bank is a bit set back from the main road, thus you'll likely see the sign at the road for L&N before you see the building itself. That said, it was easy to get to. I don't see myself going back anytime soon as I don't have an account there (and I prefer online bill pay) but I can see why my family member has an account here!”
“I am not one to give reviews often however, I was more than pleased with Cathy’s customer service! she is so nice and very thorough on explaining things. She helped me and my mom greatly. You don’t find too many people that actually want to help you but she is passionate about helping her clients and I HIGHLY recommend coming to Cathy for anything!”

“I have been a patron of this branch for over 10 years. The faces may change but the service stays the same. Conveniently located inside Mejer. Nice office area. I had the opportunity to work with Alex, the manager, is very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I had a small mishap and he quickly took care of it and followed up with me. I like their financial products. My mother passed and they helped me set up an estate account. Online banking is user friendly. I have their credit card, checking and saving. I frequently use the bill pay and direct deposit service.”
“Been inside a few times at this location and never a problem. May be a little bit of a wait at times but look at the location. Had a talk with one of the staff members about me being off work for surgery and they layed out some great options for me in case I needed them, thankfully I didn't.”
