Literally asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso and the lady read it back to me and then hands me a blonde espresso. The inside was closed and the line was so long so I just poured it out. Waste of money.

Ordered mobile order, got to the store, and door was locked. So went through Drive thru to get order, and asked why we can't use lobby. Rudely she replied we had a call off and you can pick up your order at window like every one else. Got to window and she pretty much threw my coffee at me, it slashed all down my arm, and all over steering wheel. Terrible customer service!!!

Obviously you can never go wrong with Starbucks. But what makes it even better is when the staff are great to interact with and the facilities are clean and the things that you purchase are up the par and that was exactly the case on this visit. Thank you again Starbucks for your outstanding service and coffee.

I have been here many times and the experience is always sub-par. Unless there are no customers inside and none in the drive-thru, they just don't have it figured out.Today, walked in with no customers in front of me inside, and there were 2 cars in line in the drive-thru when I walked in. I waited 17 minutes before asking where my order was and in total it took them 22 minutes to make 3 drinks. I told them I understand busy-ness but I think they need to look at the way they manage their orders and they talked over me repeating "thank you ma'am, have a good day" obviously be very disrespectful. There were 5 total employees who, with no line side, couldn't make 3 drinks in under 20 minutes.

This location has several challenges. For my experience they were incredibly slow and un-motivated which negatively impacted my customer experience. I wish I could review the coffee but it hasn't come out yet and it's been 30 minutes

This Starbucks is your typical spot, but what stands out is the drive-thru. I hardly ever have to wait long in line, which is a huge plus. Great for a quick coffee run!

The pumpkin latte season ended too soon, normally id roll over to eggnog lattes but they did away with those and im beyond tired of hearing about their political views, my goodness, all we want is caffeine and a snack without feeling guilt for supporting a company that speaks out about things we may or may not be against.

They made me wait 25 minutes for a simple Americano coffee.And I saw that some customers were asking for their money back, because they got tired of waiting.Very bad establishment.
