I give this place a five stars because the service there is typically good. The bathrooms are always real good and clean. Stores always really good and clean. They sell their own brand of milk and chocolate milk that can't be compared to its my absolute favorite and has been ever since I've discovered it. Especially the chocolate whole milk. Some things can be a bit pricey but as a gas station is. I highly do not recommend eating one of their burgers. They are simply just awful. I've never had something taste so bad thinking it was going to taste good... Other than that though the place is outstanding.

Since their ad campaign shows really nice sandwiches, I went there looking for a nice sandwich. All I found was a few sorry looking tuna and chicken salad sandwiches. When I told the salesperson I didn't see anything I liked, he never offered to make something fresh. From the looks of those poor sandwiches on the shelf, I didn't want to place a bet on the next one being any better.

Night shift is amazing! Day shift is usually pretty awesome, but I just left (May 13, 2023 @ approx 1:45pm) and I was trying to use my perks at self checkout. When it didn't go through (despite the fact that I hit redeem points) and I asked for help, no one came over to help, not even the people leaning against the wall.The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because it wouldn't be fair to the employees who work here who actually pay attention to their customers and help their customers, not look at them and ignore them.

After a 2 hour drive, apprx 2:30am, I stopped here for a fountain drink. I was told by the employee that I could not purchase anything because they were running reports. I asked if I could get a fountain drink and pay cash. I was told no, that he wasn’t allowed to give me anything, even if I did leave the proper amount of money. I could have asked for the military free drink, but I didn’t bother. Im sure that would have been an issue too. I always pay for my drinks, instead of whipping out my military ID, like I could since they offer free drinks, but I don’t. I won’t be back at this location or any location ever again. When I used to work at a for their predecessor (Ricker’s) we would just allow the customer to take a fountain drink for their inconvenience, and NOT lose their business/patronage. I offered to leave the money!!!!! Poor choice getGo. I won’t return, and I’ll share my experience with others. 1 fountain drink cost you money. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible people. Got into a traumatic car accident. They captured video on security cams and shared with police and then I asked if I could get a copy too for legal reasons. They refused due to "policy" (which was fine). 2 days later, my accident was on youtube seen by thousands. Thought it was the police at first but then found out that the police hadn't even been given the video yet. Horrible people. Will never come back.

Stopped for gas and bathroom. Pumps worked, payment options worked. Parking lot way too small for how busy this location is.

Brought in my OWN container for ice and Mary at night charged me for the ice...One of those places that charge extra for every little thing they can get I guess....

This is a great place to use the restroom as they are located right inside the back door. Yes there is a back door from the truck refilling pumps. There is parking for a few cars on the same side of the building very near to the back door. The store inside is very spacious, not cramped like a lot of convenience stores. The aisles are spread out, which I really like. Fuel prices are competitive with the other five or so stations in the immediate area, meaning they have the lowest price.Access in and out is extra easy as they are located at the only traffic light on Hwy 31. If turning left to head north, use the light, otherwise if turning right for I-65 access, use the other entrance/exit and let the light hold up the traffic to allow you to pull out.
