Placed an order one evening, then next morning my order shipped! When I received the order the packing was impeccable. A box of salt was put into a separate box then shipped and two bottles of liquid were sealed in a plastic bag and boxed within a small box that was placed in a larger box! This might now t sound like a big deal, but countless times I have orders salt and it come shipped in its own boat or bottles of liquid are just rattling around inside a larger shipping box. The attention to this detail is appreciated.

Ordered an eshopps PF-1000 because it was on sale, and I thought I got a good deal. After receiving the order, it was an open box item. The container box already had water stains and the HOB overflow box and materials had scratches, albeit small scratches. The bulkhead and gasket were pretty banged up, however, so I had to order new ones from Amazon. Their online description never stated that it was an open box item. Very shady business practice.

Premium Aquatics is definitely my new go-to for reef supplies. I needed to move my reef (a super intense and time sensitive process) and Premium Aquatics worked with me to get what I needed shipped to me asap. The packaging of my new sump (Trigger Systems) was superb, and I'm so happy I went with this company!

Premium Aquatics has been and will be my top tier, golden medal, go to shop til the end of time. Throughout the decades, I must've paid for at least one employees' college tuition! You just can't beat the selection, the service, and the prices. And the shipping? Literally 2 days to NYC. Unbeatable. How dare you bless me every dang time. The quality and kindness has always been there, it's there baseline and it's 10/10. Thank you Premium Aquatics for always offering small treats in my orders too. So unexpected, and so very much appreciated. Y'all are the absolutely best in the business and the world needs to know it!

I have now purchased 2 LED lights from Premium and I am completely impressed with their packaging, speed of shipping, customer service response times and pricing. My only complaint is they don't sell anything else I need, so I can't make any other purchases from them currently. Jason is the man, and is really quick to help you out with any questions you might have. 5 stars easy!

THE BEST HEATER YOU WILL EVER OWN! I own 26 tanks everything from a 5.5 gallon to a 100 gallon salt water and this is without a doubt the best heater I've ever found I am blown away by the quality of this thing in the price that I got it for I got the big model for 100 gallon tank and I'm talking the cord on this thing is like the size of a vacuum cleaner cord it's heavy duty it has an incredible little function right on the cord where you just change it with a little button and decide what temp you want It also has this external temperature regulator where it tells the temperature from outside of the heater itself so it's much more accurate that you just stick to the side of the tank This should be the best selling heater on the market! People just need to find out about it. I am so happy I did and I am going to gradually convert all of my tanks to this heater. I was in no way paid or endorsed for this review I am just an extremely satisfied customer!! 10 Stars ?

One of the few great online fish sellers! All fish arrived vigorous and healthy. Shipping cost was ridiculously low which scared me a little. Packaging was great- only 1 fish to bag or (3) micro sized ones. Helps to keep ammonia low and decrease risk of a fish dying then fouling the bag killing many others.Literally 5 days after arrival my Quad Reds spawned!
