“I was on a trip from Michigan to Kentucky and my car broke down. With the help from the tow truck driver I ended up here. I spoke with Josh over the phone to get a room, then found out the tow truck driver was running later then expected, Josh reassured me that my room would be waiting for me and it was. After getting settled in I was able to look around at surroundings and everything was going well. As I was trying to figure out what was going on with my car the next morning, I came to another dilemma of my car not getting fixed, so plan b went into effect. Part of my family was making the same trip, but I was going to have to wait for them. So explaining my situation to Adrian, she allowed me to sit in the lobby, mind you with all my stuff and wait for my family to get there. The Best customer service I've ever had at any hotel! Thank you All!!!

“This is a great little hotel. We had connecting rooms which provided ample room for a family or other larger group. The rooms were very clean with good space. The microwave and mini fridge were both clean. The hotel was very quiet. There is a small convenience store which has some offerings for those things you may forget as well as snacks and drinks. Breakfast in the morning was very reasonable for being included. All in all this was a great, clean location and I would recommend it.”
“Great experience. Only issue I had was with the water in the room. The pressure was low to medium and after a while the water had a certain smell. Other than that service was great and location was perfect.”

“not the perfect hotel but the employees are friendly and helpful, and beds are clean. NO bugs so what more could ya ask for. overall was a good night sleep.water as stated in other reviews was not the hottest but front desk did say it was a new water system and they were trying to get it worked out.breakfast not too much at all.Josh at check in was great and very helpful with my check in mistake on my end.”
“Kept very clean, but needs a lot of maintenance. Paint peeling and cosmetic damage to furniture, appliances, and fixtures. It's just showing its age. Overcharged for the quality of facilities.”

“We can't say enough good things about the Hilton garden inn Columbus Edinburgh. The entire complex is super clean. Staff are so friendly. It has a five-star hotel feeling. The lobby with its dual fireplace is so welcoming. Place has a great bar with a big screen TV. Rooms are comfortable beds are cozy.”
