“I went to Menards to get plywood. Asked if I could get it cut down and was told yes. Tried finding it but couldn’t. Asked again and they said they couldn’t. Decided I’d keep looking. Found someone else and they said maybe but actually knew where. Directed me to a saw that couldn’t cut it. Called Lowes and was listening to a pre recorded message for 5 minutes…. Called Bender Lumber and the phone rang for maybe 5 seconds where all my questions were answered. Showed up and Kyle asked me what I needed the materials for. He helped me buy the most economical product and cut it all down to fit in my car. Friendly conversations with friendly people. First time there and I’ll be back.”

“Great workers helped alot !! But mark , maybe the manager ? Was not the nicest towards the employees. Telling one she needs to figure out who made the mess she was cleaning up , and that she needs to snitch on them .. ? wasn't aware of the quanity of the kayak telling us the wrong information on the phone due to it . And than wanting to correct the worker helping us with the kayaks.”

“I love this Lowe’s! Moved into a new house (new to us) after a quarter century (yeah, regular nomads us) and forgot what fun discovering little, minor hardly noticeable imperfections was. This Lowe’s has got to have the friendliest and most helpful staff ever, EVER! I have yet to find one person who works there that was less than helpful or friendly. I want to give special attention to certain ones, but that would be unfair as everyone I have encountered, from loaders, sells reps, cashiers, customer service and management have all earned a five star review. Kudos Lowes, KUDOS!”

“Friendly staff greet you at this small independent hardware store and garden center conveniently located in downtown Nineveh. While the selection is limited the quality is good. We stopped for deck cleaner. They are open Monday thru Saturday and closed on Sunday. Their hours are 8:00-5:00 except Saturday they close at 2:00. There is a small garden center that offers annuals and other planting supplies including landscaping stones. Prices are very reasonable for a small store. Check it out! They also offer UPS shipping.”
