I ordered a deluxe bouquet on Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my fiancé at work. The day after I ordered, I received a phone call from a lady stating that they do not have the roses pictured, but they could use different flowers, which was no big deal. After that, she stated that I had to pay an extra $10 for a mall delivery fee. With it being so close to Valentine’s Day, I didn’t have much time to shop around and had to go with what she said. Them not having the flowers and the delivery fee did not bother me, what bothered me was the way these flowers looked. After paying extra for the deluxe I thought that they would look better than this. I would not recommend this place for any floral needs.

One of the best experiences when it comes to flowers and deliveries I've had. Definitely go with them if you need to send something to that special someone. Their amazing.

After placing an order online using their own website, I received a call stating that part of my order could not be delivered because it was on the other side of town. Then I was told that the flowers I ordered weren’t available. And finally I was told that their website pricing was incorrect and what I’d ordered would cost me more money but without using the same flowers and greenery that I’d ordered. Seriously?!?!?! What a joke. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

Because of Covid, I was not able to fly to Indiana from California for my mother's service. At the last minute I called the Edinburgh Flower shop to order flowers for my mother's gravesite service. I could not have chosen a more beautiful , fitting tribute to my mother, Audrey. She would have loved the colors and the arrangement! Thank you so much!

They cancelled my order on Valentine’s Day. In addition, they told me I would still have to pay a $3 fee for using their website. In 2020, they told me I would have to pay money because I used their website to place an order that they wouldn’t fill. Preposterous. The lady on the phone was also rude to me when I inquired as to why I would have to pay a fee to use their d*** website to receive no order.

I called in a funeral arrangement from Indianapolis. I didn't think that I would be able to attend the showing. I was fortunate enough to go and they were beautiful. The family was very happy.

To make a long story short, we received a beautiful arrangement for Christmas, but sadly within 2 days the flowers were dying. I sent a message asking for sender to be refunded or to get another floral arrangement. They responded immediately and they replaced arrangement with another beautiful floral bouquet. After 5 days the flowers are still beautiful. Thompson Flower Shop went above and beyond to resolve our issue. Great customer service! I will definitely be using them in the future for my flower orders. I highly recommend them. Thank you Thompson's Floral for your wonderful service.
