Tried four times at store locations and online to apply a store credit of significant value to a purchase. There have been constant errors in machines not working, and staff redirecting me to online, only to have online staff to direct me back to a store location. Disappointed with Eddie Bauer in general.

Was there a couple of days ago. A sales person, a old woman, was grumpy and provided very bad service during checkout. I realized I actually had membership of the store and she lied to me saying she couldn't go back to input my number. Will not come back.

Always stop here on our way to/from FL. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are often additional discounts or sales going on. Stock is good and we've found many things here not available on line or in an EB catalog. Highly recommend.
