Ladies, please leave your husbands outside where they belong. This store is so small, the aisles so packed in, that you will be annoying everyone else by dragging your puppy dog boyfriends and your bored husbands in to further watch you hem and haw over shoes. For the love of God either send them to the mens aisles or outside.
This place needs a bigger spot. The aisles are about one person wide. I spent my time in there so annoyed at constantly having to ‘excuse me, sorry, let me slip by you there’ it became not a great shopping experience, despite good sales ladies and a good selection.
Then add the useless John Q. BoyToys standing about giving lukewarm opinions on arguably 47 different kinds of black shoes further clogging it up and it was annoying enough to leave comment.
Please get them a bigger store.

Best outlet store. great staff works great under pressure and always helpful and cheerful. Shoes are great quality and price. Management goes above and beyond.

Last year I came to get a pair of heels and a woman was absolutely amazing, helped me get the exact size and was very helpful. Today I came to get a pair of flats and there were 4 women at the counter talking/gossiping and playing on their phones. I asked if they had the shoe I wanted and showed them a photo. They asked what size I needed, and I told them (4,5) and they laughed at me. :(

Very helpful and friendly staff. I've worn the same type of shoe for about 15 years but actually found a pair there that I like and think will go well with some casual dresses. My mother and her SO both found shoes they wanted. In total we got 4 pairs with the 2 for $100 deal.

Good selection. I went in for 1 pair of dress shoes and came out with 2. Buy one and get any 2nd pair of equal or lesser value for $20. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I used to only buy Clarks because they used to have a wide range of sizes and widths. I used to recommend this specific store store but I will never recommend Clark's ever again!! # 1 their product as subpar compared to what it used to be. # 2 it is very hard for me to find The width that I need now -There were no narrow shoes that to be found and I only saw a handful of wide Shoe width throughout the store for all shoe sizes. Very shocking. But # 3 and probably should be they should be the 1st thing I started off with was this the horrible customer service and the nasty sales team. I had a manager be nasty to me , get my face then laugh at me in regards to an exchange. When I told her I would be reaching out making is making a public announcement Apparently being a manager gives the Is right to be a horrible person to the people shopping in your store? I took the shoes I wanted to exchange out of the store and I will find someone in need to give them to or throw them in the trash That is where this brand has gone to garbage
