If I could put 0. I came in to buy a gift. Sign says buy 3 get 3 free. Staff refused to honor it. Accused us of messing with the sign. Also, accused us of lying about it even though I took a picture . Staff lied , we asked her if it was but 3 get 3 free and she repeated it. And said it was the whole store so I spent a whole hour of my time trying to pick out a gift. Then the manager said her employee is new and not properly trained. I never make a fuss but it’s time I spent there for nothing. I’ve been shopping at bath and body works a long time and not had this treatment. In the end she said no I can’t do it and turned around and walked away.

Was looking forward to having a bbw in this location! I went today and they were unwelcoming and made returns difficult. Will continue to go to Greenwood, Southport, and online….

Always amazing. The colors, the scents, the prices (when on sale).... what's not to love? My GF favorite store... and I don't mind going with her. Great place.
