Don’t go and waste your time there, manager have no respect if you have adidas points, she said if you have adidas’s rewards points don’t come to our store, so think twice, before you go there, or find some other location, I drive 45 miles from my home because my kids love adidas shoes, but they don’t let me use my points, it was 30 percent discount , I regret that I am a adidas customer, I have start to looking for Nike , I heard they respect their customer

I bought a pair of track pants roughly 2 or 3 weeks ago from here. I wore them one time and then looked at the lettering to notice it was falling off. So I called them and asked if I could return the pants. They told me something along the lines of they wouldn't take them back without the receipt (I can't find it) or the tags (which I tossed away weeks ago). They told me to call customer support number. To which I did, after an hour of being on the phone they told me I would have to get a receipt reprinted to and sent to me which they said would take one to two weeks. Then I had to call them again and get them to send me another email where it would take them three to four weeks to process my claim. Then they would not send me a pair of pants, but instead they would send me a credit to use which will take a week or longer to get to my house. Then I will have to drive back to the original store. This is ridiculous especially considering the fact that they have my email and according to one Rep can see when I made the purchases. This is the worst customer support I have received in a long time. I have attached a photo of the falling apart logo. Pray that when you spend 50 dollars on a pair of pants that they wont fall apart after one use.

This place always has sales going on and is the first place I go when looking for a top dollar shoe for discount prices. They are great about returns. I wish they would put out "try on socks" though.

They had a good variety of merchandise. They had a great sale when we were there. We bought our favorite team soccer jerseys and jackets, 3 pair of shoes, and other addidas shirts and jackets. It is an hour away but worth the drive.
