Everyone in the store is nice and very knowledgeable except for a short Spanish guy. He is disrespectful and doesn’t know what he is doing. He automatically set me up for auto pay without my consent and I witnessed him asking a customer for her debit card pin. That’s is very unacceptable and he either needs to be retrained or let go. His customer service is bad, he curses around the customers and he doesn’t care. I hope the district manager reads this and takes action on this employee.

The people here are the rudest, least helpful, and unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with. I got harassing phone calls the day my payments were due. They were at my door if I was 1 day late with my payment. They would leave messages on my phone pretending to speak Spanish (my voicemail language is Spanish) all this after 1 day of missing a payment!If you are looking to make a purchase go elsewhere!

When they first came to deliver the merchandiseThat I signed An agreement forThey delivered to wrong address. Additionally, they became very harassing and threatening, including the district manager, Joshua. I'm late on my payment and they threatened to break into my house with the sheriff to recover the items I'm renting to own. I've been very transparent with them regarding my having to make late payment and my neighbors have stated that they continue to sit outside my home even though I told them I'm away until July 28th. They have been seen by my neighbors walking around my house looking in windows and this is purely harassment and illegal business practices by casing my home and circling my house , property and neighborhood and looking in my windows all around my house. My neighbors have informed me of this as my community has several neighborhood watch residents on my block. . I will be calling corporate legal dept and potentially the police to file trespassing and harassment reports, likely. An employee Alex asked me for money and for a six pack of beer and employee Tony threatened that they and the sheriff will forcibly enter my residence.
