Excellent resource to learn a beautiful skill. Glass is fairly priced, the classes are well structured and informative. I did the more involved class and was thankful I did. It encouraged me to continue with the hobby and grow in my small business.

I attended a “make a shamrock” class on a Saturday morning. Melissa and Linda created a wonderful welcoming learning environment. There were 6 people in the class and each one of us received hands-on help and instruction while being encouraged and given the confidence to create our stained glass piece. It was so much fun. I got more confident with each step in the process. When I left I was thrilled with the stained glass shamrock that I made! I did it! I will be back for more classes. Also, the retail side of the store has beautifully and thoughtfully made pieces in every price point.

This is late ... but I took in a piece of glass that was a gift to me and holds great sentimental value. The glass broke during a move, and I was heart broken. I took in to the Cracked Glass Studio and cried tears of joy of how they were able to make it new again. The piece does look different as the glass broke, but I love how it shows cracks mended and is whole again.

Super unprofessional, constantly deviate from posted store hours to close early. Cut all my glass wrong so I had to take it back. Didn’t charge the right amount for it I had to do the math for them so they didn’t get ripped off. I’m shocked they’ve been around for any amount of time. We live in town and we’re just gonna drive out to Chicago from now on.

I honestly don't know if the pieces there or craftsmanship is good. I just know that I could NOT get anyone to help me. I have a very large piece of stained glass that has 5 small broken pieces that I need repaired. I didn't want to transport it because of its size unless I knew it could be fixed. The first time I called, a man answered told me that he was just a volunteer and to bring it in because the owner wasn't there. What if when I brought it in the owner wasn't there? So, I called next day, talked to another person, a woman this time, and asked if I could take a photo and send it to see if it could be fixed instead of bringing it in? She said yes, gave me an email address and told me she'd tell the owner to watch for the message. About a week later, I called again because I still hadn't heard back. This time left I had to leave a message. Guess what? After at least 3 weeks, still nothing. So, I would be extremely leary to do any kind of business there. The "ghost" owner never seems to be around and apparently is the only one that can make a decision, but doesn't.

The classes are a great value! Very informative & the staff is so helpful and nice. I made this sunburst piece at one of their class sets and it came out beautifully.The glass and supplies are available at fair price. I love it here, honestly.

I was very nervous about hanging this heavy stained glass window. The owner sure helped me out by carefully attaching all the hanging hardware and giving me tips. I’m so pleased with how it turned out.

Cracked Glass repaired the glass in some very old bookcase doors. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion. Our bookcase is restored and looks very "original". Thank you Cracked Glass
