Staff is always friendly, but the issue I have is with the humidor. The cigars are so dry that they become brittle and the wrapper flakes off. This is unacceptable as the price of cigars aren't cheap.

I live in Schererville and this is the closest place that I could find that has my favorite cigars. The staff is always very helpful and I feel very comfortable shopping here. Thanks ladies!!!!!
