“For years, I have heard people raving about these classes, but I never felt like I was at a point in my fitness journey to where I could handle it. I finally went to a class with one of my friends, (between the two of us, she had just had a baby and gotten cleared to work out again, and I have not worked out in several years) and we both loved it and signed up.Orangetheory accommodates clientele of all different levels of physical endurance and ability. There is a very positive energy in the room during the workout, and you feel a sense of camaraderie although each person is focused on their own workout.Whenever I leave, I feel thoroughly challenged and then I made the best use of my time. Each class is CHALLENGING, to say the least, but it’s worth it at the end. You go at your own pace and adjust each task to your ability and never once will feel put on the spot like anyone else is paying attention to that. The coaches will assist with a workout modification if needed due to injury or ability.If you have been waiting to try it due to fear or feeling self-conscious, take it from me and GO FOR IT!
