I went at the perfect time, used online check-in, and there was no wait. Prices were clearly listed, and the stylist also made sure I was aware of price differences when I asked to add on a service. I was there for maybe 30 minutes, and it was a much needed relaxing experience. I’m sure there’s busier and louder times, but if you choose the right day/time of day, it’s a very relaxing time.

I've been going there for like 10 years and have been satisfied. My last haircut, I repeatedly said trim around the ears. I lettng the top grow long. They kept cutting the top and I cut around the ears when I got home. $30 Completely unsatisfied. They just didn't listen. Worst haircut I've ever had.

I’m not sure how to explain this without assuming Jordan thought she knew better than her customers how the hair needed to be cut. I’m also unsure how we could have been any clearer. My son and I talked to her in detail about expectations, then we tried in a different way because she initially seemed to not understand. I kid you not, another customer humorously (?) mentioned that she had just started cutting hair that day. I think you know where this is going.
She was asked to trim the hair, but Jordan did not trim the hair. It was like she was envisioning children from the late 90’s and attempting to put that style back on trend. It is not. The cutting was so dramatic that at one point my son said, “what the heck?”
Now mistakes happen, miscommunication happens, but getting defensive when you are clearly in the wrong is a character trait. Know your limitations. If you cannot follow simple instructions sit this one out and let someone more qualified perform the task.

I will never go back here. The last time I went the service was ok I actually liked my haircut. They said they would update it in there system but I guess they never did. This time I went the lady that did my hair did a horrible job. My cut on the back of my neck is like waves with how inconsistent it is and did a horrible job blending the top and my sides. I always thought a barber would be better for me but I always said hey it’s a cheap service and I was never mad about the service but after this last experience I’d rather pay double the cost then have this mess that she did on my head!!!
Update: owner called me and was really nice and understanding of the situation and my frustration. They fixed it up and where really nice about it and thankful to have my businesses

Worst haircut ever. My daughters bangs were cut up to her head. She left in tears. And the stylist had the audacity to blame a 5 year old for looking down causing her to cut more. Just very unskilled. Will never return but will be telling everyone about our experience.

It is good place to go and it is a hair and barber shop and people take their time to cut their hair and they are nice people the women are nuc and take their time
