Branch will spend you in circles. I would totally not recommend the branch manager will tell you one thing then another the next day and expect you to be ok with it with no apology for the inconvenience! If they had 0 I would’ve chose that. DO NOT RECOMMEND WORSE BRANCH SERVICES IN AMERICA! THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF.

Staff was very friendly. I went to get a cashiers check they were very cautious and warned me that a lot of scamming was going on right now and to double check the senders. I end up bring the cashier check back and they gave me no issues. Very grateful for their help!!!

Bank is as okay as it will ever be. . . . But don't waste your time if you need a new home advisor - no one available to help in person, and the person you're set up with will have you in circles going nowhere. . . .

It's low not because of the only because of the location and design there is only one entrance to get in and out.. you can only go One direction when you go out which causes a problem so you have to decide whether it's that important for you to even go to Chase and you want to go a few miles down to another Chase located in Schererville. I usually avoid this Chase even when it's convenient just because of where the setup is and how hard it is to get out of.
