Wow !!!!! This is by far the worst experience and car wash I have been to. I bought the membership just thinking it would be nice to have unlimited vacuum usage, I have a newer car that needed washed and it left my windows and tires and the whole vehicle still dirty. My son went to ask what we do about this and the workers in the office playing Minecraft didn't want to be bothered when I pulled up Eric gave me an ultimatum of whether I wanted a refund or another car wash at this point I was already into the car washing station so he made me back up and leave without another wash and I was told to come back to get my refund. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm sorry my kids bad to witness such a mess .

This place absolutely sucks... Went to wash little mud off my car and their "wash" literally did nothing. I had to wipe all the mud off by hand in the parking lot. Over priced car washes that don't even clean your car. This car wash is a total scam! You're better off going an actual car wash down the street!

This is the lawsuit for Caitlin H on a previous review of my husband Aaron Bayus. Rainstorm in Dyer IN does not pay their bills. We put a claim in and we still have yet to see any money we had to sue them because the don't know how to run a business properly. Please settle this matter before we go back to court it's the right thing to do. Fixed the man's car.

Very bad service actually not service at all. I thought for moments nobody is there to gide me to a tracks. Other car wash services would rinse rear window on bigger cars like mine but not here. No drying clothes are offered and price is just going up all the time.
I am not going back.

Broken vacuums, trash laying around because there are no trash cans. Staff is rude.

First off no receipt given after paying. One of the lanes had a broken gate. Then I asked attendent to use high pressure sprayer to get off excess dirt on running boards. He stated we dont do that anymore it used to be standard practice. As I pulled into entrance of wash bay no one was guiding me in they were in the office sitting doing nothing, then the guy comes out and says i should've waited outside? I was like there is no sign stating that. Paid for the 22 dollar deluxe wash. Tires did not have tire shine on them. Went to use vacuums to clean interior and vacuum was off. I asked the same guy to turn on vacuum system. He states the vacuum garbage collector is full and cant be run. Saw numerous hoses disconnected to vacuum system broke off laying on the ground. This place turned into ghetto stormrain car wash i will not go back there again. When you hire incompetent people that cant maintain the facility you will lose big time.

Best car wash ever. Employee Eric was very friendly and very helpful guiding me in. Even pressure washed mud off the tires for me before sending me through. Will recommend to family and friends. Thanks Eric.

It will get your car clean, however I still have to get out and complete the drying with a towel. Not a lot, but enough to take a 2 minute towel off.

I have been a patron of this place for over a year. The amount of soap and pressure of the dryers has been decreasing. Today my car was not completely clean or dry. Disappointed. Time to look for a new car wash.
