I called twice to place an order for a friend that is recovering from Covid. The person over the phone would not want to help me and kept asking if I was from another store (maybe competition) and I kept telling them I’m a regular costumer that just needs to send some flowers for a friend. Then he told me in a very rude manner that he cannot take my order just because he feels I’m a competitor and hang on me. Very bad costumer service to treat me to or any customer this way.

We live in Arkansas, and Cheryl went above and beyond to make sure our mom received BEAUTIFUL flowers for her birthday when we ordered over the phone. Delivery was timely and the price was reasonable. We are so, so pleased!
