My car was towed less than 2 miles early on Saturday morning, got charged a "weekend" fee which was $250 then we're unable to be gotten ahold of on a Sunday to get released which in turn cost me another day which I really couldn't afford then were ,sorry, shitty with me when I asked why, also went there for a simple piece of exhaust pipe and they charged me 3 times what it was worth, advance auto proved that. Would NEVER recommend this place! For tow or repair. Negative 0 stars. I had to give 1 star to be able to post my review, it's should be NO stars period

Very personable staff. Willing to work with you. I've patronized their business a few times and they will be my go to for repairs. The shop cat is adorable addition as well.

They are very helpful and respectful and try to help in any way they can. They have excellent customer service. It was my first time I ever had my car impounded. And it's a very stressful situation but they were there trying to help anyway they could I definitely recommend them.

My car was t-bones when another driver ran a stop sign on a Friday afternoon and the start to a holiday weekend. I forgot an important item in the car when they had towed it. I realized that I was missing my item at 7:00pm and they went out of their way to meet me to let me get the important things out of my car. I really appreciate their generosity and understanding. Highly recommend!
