They have a very rude, lazy, slow headed little girl running the front desk. She gets nasty with you when she has to take her face out of her phone and do her job. Don't put your money in any of those games. Half of them don't work and they'll tell you their not responsible for THEIR games ripping you off... Just go to some lanes in Fort Wayne. It's worth the drive.

i feel very bad for the group next to us last night. their pins were messed up all night and the front desk refused to help them. not only did she refuse she was very unprofessional. but i guess what else can you expect from a teenager.also my son and his friends went up there to change shoes and it took forever for her to help them because she was texting. fort wayne is a better option if you are looking for a quality service. maybe check out crazy pinz

A place that I would recommend to any league, the people are fantastic, everything was done for you. All you have to do is listen for your name if you won any money. No long lines for pay offs. Great place, I thank you.
