“Experienced an oil leak on my truck after an oil change performed by Shifferly Automotive. I contacted them and they picked up my truck from my home, found the issue, corrected it and returned the truck to my home. There was a stray piece of debris causing the oil filter to not seat properly which was virtually impossible to detect by the mechanic when they installed the new filter. This certainly was not the fault of the mechanic, yet Shifferly went above and beyond to correct the issue. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
