letting people hoard then blaming it on kids being home due to virus. They are home at Christmas and we don't have a problem. People are hoarding because someone seen an Amish with half a cart of bags of sugar. Mz manager take some control !!

I gave up on this particular location a long time ago. Seemed everytime I went to the deli there was either no one there or a few people there with there backs to me. I would stand there and wait for someone to help me or at least greet me to no availe. Usually walking away in disgust empty handed.

I gave up on this particular location a long time ago. Seemed everytime I went to the deli there was either no one there or a few people there with there backs to me. I would stand there and wait for someone to help me or at least greet me to no availe. Usually walking away in disgust empty handed. Today was the exception. I happened to be in the area, too hot out to cook, so I figured I would grab some fruit and misc items. When I went by the deli there was the most pleasant, customer service oriented employee I had ever interacted with at a Kroger. Her name was Susan. Because of her, I simply bought more items. To the manager, find more people like Susan. I would fire the other workers in that dept. They are doing nothing for your business but hurting it. It appears the store is being remodeled. You will need friendly outgoing people like Susan to make it successful.
