Everytime I visit TSC, I'm greeted as I walk in and asked if I need help with anything. I like that. The store is always stocked & organized. I appreciate that.

Wonderful staff with willingness to help. Prices are little pricey but convenience overrides price if you need something you can't wait for from an online order.

I took my parents puppy here back in November to the pup wash. I brought my own soap and left it there in accident. When I got there the worker was cleaning out the bath. I had called a couple days later when I realized I didn't have the soap I took with me. The lady I had spoke with said I don't recall a soap being back there but feel free to come take a look. I came that same day to see that the soap was in fact still there and almost empty mind you I only used but maybe a couple squirts of a brand new bottle. It was a blonde lady there she was very very RUDE! I did in fact call corporate and I won't stop until this woman is terminated! I no longer go to this location i go to a different one. If it's not the stores and you know that why did you not put it up!!? Why did you have someone else's shampoo available for others and mind you they have there own shampoo mine was a small bottle you could clearly tell was not tractor supplies!! I hope that this woman has either got written up or fired!

We bought 4 Cornish cross Feeder Chickens from this store, had to return 2. One of them died, and the other one wasn’t eating, drinking, walking, or moving. So we brought the chicken (the one that wasn’t moving or eating) to the store around 9am to ask if we can return it and get a different feeder chicken, they then told us no. Later then that day, it died.
We then called the store to see what we could do about the dead chicken, the lady over the phone said to not bring it back due to it being dead, and sick. Which is understandable because chickens carry germs, and could possibly pass it onto other chickens in the flock.
So we got to the store, and talked to the manager Mike, he then told us we had to bring the dead chicken to the store. Which was TOTALLY something else we got told over the phone. We even showed him pictures of the dead chicken, because he didn’t believe that it was dead.. he still didn’t believe the pictures that we showed him.
He wasn’t to nice to us as customers, very unprofessional. So we had to go all the way home, and back to the store (in total, we made 4 trips) and we talked to Jeff. Jeff served us very politely, and gave us more of a better customer service experience. And also told us what the policies on bringing back dead chickens. (We were told tractor supply wasn’t allowed to take back any dead animals). Which again, I 100% agree with that rule. But then Jeff refunded us with another chicken to give us a better customer service experience. Thankyou again Jeff for all of your help, and thankyou for serving us politely.
Will probably never buy chickens from them again, due to the management customer service skills unless if things get changed.

I came in here the other night just to look around and was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. This tractor supply currently has a lot of really cute farmhouse decor, and a great selection of spring plants and seeds. I ended up leaving with a blackberry bush to plant at my parents house.
I can also confirm they have the cutest baby chickens in the area, and had to convince myself that I could not buy any.

Imagine this. I ordered dog food. It was supposed to be here Tuesday. My dogs need food to eat. TSC promised to deliver the dog food on TUES. On Wednesday afternoon I received a telephone call from TSC shipping in Chicago telling me there was a delay shipping the dog food from Ohio. I told her this TSC store in DeMotte is only 13 miles from my farm. It should not take six days to deliver four bags of dog food 13 miles. TSC is a giant corporate bureaucracy full of people who do not care about me as a customer. How can you mess up 4 bags of dog food in 13 miles???

I forgot to make this review a while ago but I wanted to shout out to the employee Jeff. The last time I was in there with my Dalmatian (Dixie) looking for her dog food. It was out of stock on the shelf but they had just got a truck delivery. He went out of his way to get her dog food from off one of the pallets in the back. He has always went out of his way to provide excellent customer service and make my shy girl comfortable.

I go to this tractor store all the time. I used to really like it up until today! Today I had to do a curbside pickup and the employe was freaking rude! Didn’t say a single thing. Didn’t greet himself or didn’t confirm the order or nothing. Just loaded the bag of dog food and chicken feed! He Didn’t say “have a nice day” or nothing! RUDE and unprofessional!

Folks here are nice and helpful. I like that they keep flat carts in the back near the animal feed. Parking lot is always clear of snow and salted. There is so much you can purchase here and they price match. It's mid February and they have a section set up for new baby chicks. This location usually have chicks and ducks February through summer. Fun times.
