I bought a used SUV and had some difficulty just miles off the lot. Everyone I dealt with at Fieldhouse was wonderful. I know once you buy it and get off the lot, it's yours, but they went above and beyond to help with the problem. I have also purchased a new Ranger. Everything went smoothly. No complaints.
