We recently purchased a gently used vehicle from Fieldhouse. The man who guided us through the process (notice we didn't use the word: sold), Dave Carroll, explained every step, shared the numbers (we traded in a vehicle) with us, was open and most of all, followed through on what he said he would do. We walked in expecting the dreaded hard sell car buying nightmare, but instead, couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Neil was great. Not pushy, honest, and efficient! Seriously, best car buying experience at a great price. Didn’t offer what I wanted for my trade in, and financing is a little high. I will come back here if I need another car. Hell with the city rip you off dealerships. This is a small town perfect dealership.

I set up my appointment and dropped off my vehicle for an oil change the day before. Someone had cancelled so they had let me know through text that my vehicle would be done sooner rather than later. They changed my oil and rotated tires. They let me know when it was finished and that it was ready for pick up.

I bought a 2018 ram from fieldhouse, Dave Carrol was awesome. Nice guy beginning to end! They also had a new radio on order for my truck. The service department are great people as well, very accommodating. I would buy from Fieldhouse again for sure. The entire buying process is dealing with one person.

Purchased a vehicle through this dealership. Great experience. I chose the vehicle I like. Dennis let me test drive and answered any questions I had. Neil did most of the paperwork. Between the both of them it was a quick and easy process.
