405 S Halleck St, De Motte“Super thankful for the workers at this autozone location!! I had taken my car in for an alignment (somewhere else) and was told my battery wasn’t good, or holding a charge. I purchased my battery through autozone so I took it in to get read and sure enough it was a ‘bad battery’. My accounts and purchase history were found to get the warranty replacement. Ryan A was super helpful, and patient in taking my old battery out and replacing it with the new one. We noticed some potential issues with the connectors, so with a second option from Chris C i bought new ones which were installed for me very generously, since things were already apart to replace the battery. We had a super kind gentleman help with his back seat power tools since one of the nuts would not come off no matter how hard they tried. Jim also came and assisted, and made sure to run a finally diagnostic check before sending me on my way!! From start to finish it was well over a couple hours these guys spent helping me with my car.
Thank you guys soo much for your help! I depend on my car for work, and was in a panic that it wasn’t going to be a “quick” fix.”
“I received an advanced diagnostic alert from OnStar about the engine and transmission for my 2020 Tahoe. I made an appointment at Wier’s Chevrolet in Demotte. They had to repair the oil sending unit and pump. I received great customer care from Johnny and Brandi in the Service department. Thank you!”
“Everyone is always so nice here, sales and Quicklane. I had an oil change recently (first one since purchasing) and they couldn't find the lug nut key. The worker was super nice, even was willing to talk to my dad on the phone to figure out where the key could be. They kept looking and found it in by the spare tire. I didn't even realize until I had already left that they would have had to empty the trunk to get in by the spare. That day, I had three boxes for Goodwill and 6 bags of 40 lbs softener salt. None of the workers complained or made a comment about the inconvenience of moving all that stuff. I felt so bad after I realized it, but it made me even more appreciative of the staff working at the Quicklane. Will definitely be back!!”
