My initial business with this company wasn't good at all. I waited 2 months for my lawn power parts to come in and didn't receive a call when finally did come in. When I went to get my parts they were the wrong parts. Mike saved them for me. When I told him I waited 2 months for the wrong parts, he wasn't happy. He apologized to me over and over, he ordered the right parts and got them for me quick. He also fixed my tire for free. I will continue to give Mike my business, if I had dealt with Mike from the beginning I would have given them 5 stars instead of 3. If it wasn't for Mike I would have given 1 star and a very bad review.

I went to look at a zero turn with a steering wheel on a Thursday. Mike didn't have the specific model I wanted,but said he would try to find one. I figured that was the end of it,but the next day he called me and said he found one but it was in Lafayette. He personally went to Lafayette on Monday, picked it up and delivered it Tuesday. I asked him how much for the extra trip,he said no charge! Straight up guy and excellent dealership!

Got me a new Stihl weed whacker. It has a new style head, not sure if it's worth anything so far. Found a problem with guard on this model, FS 56. Tall weeds clog between shaft n guard.

Wanted to purchase riding mower blades. Woman who answered phone at 12:45 pm today said Mike was with a customer & would call me right back. As of 4:45, no call. Poor customer service. I went elsewhere & will do so when I need a new mower or snowblower.

Amazing experience!Spent weeks calling Snapper dealers in my area to purchase my next zero turn mower, I wanted the Snapper Pro S50XT. No one would take me seriously, no one. Not one dealer here in the Chicago area wanted to order me in a new S50XT and would try to put me into a cheaper model or brand. Maybe because of my age? Whatever the case, I was prepared to pay cash. What dealer doesn't want to order in equipment when a buyer has cash in hand?!!Mike at Anderson took me seriously, got exactly what I wanted, smoothest transaction I've ever experienced for new equipment. Only a couple phone calls and my mower was on its way down from New York. Sometimes a drive to experience great service is worth it. I will be using Anderson Outdoor Power in the future for ALL of my equipment needs. Strongly recommend these guys, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
