I definitely trust the work these guys do, they may be a little pricey, but you pay for the peace of mind that the work is done correctly. They do offer coupons to help with cost, and loaner vehicles if needed.

Head light issue on my Chrysler 300.
Arrived 11:30, expecting to wait 2-3 days for part to be ordered. Wasn't the assembly but lamp and fuse. Was told have parts in 20 minutes. Waited in extra clean customer area, service complete and out the door just under an hour!

JTR was fast, and easy to work with getting my jeep repaired. Would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. Very detailed on the work that needed to be done and was able to direct me as to what needed fixed 1st. Very helpful and courtesy.

This repair shop literally saved my life when my car broke down in the middle of nowhere 3 hours from my house! Gave me a car and I was able to go home since it was the weekend. They fixed my car and 2 months later, it's still running as smooth as the day I bought it. Their service was impeccable. I give them a 10!

Only place around Crawfordsville I will take my vehicle to, for anything. Very cheap full synthetic oil changes, trustworthy people, and all of their work on my vehicle has been great! Customer service is excellent, haven't really experienced that at any other place I've been to, so that is nice too. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to have my car repaired at Jtr Repair last week. They were excellent. They could not get the repair done in a few hours so they offered me a loaner car. I was told to go anywhere I needed to . Repairs were done next day . All went great. Would have liked more of an update. But all in all great work great people . Awesome receptionist . She was very polite and helpful . I will go back .
