I do a lot of shipping through the USPS and only have troubles when dealing with the Danville branch. I really liked listening to the manager and her employee talking about me, I don't think they knew I was there. It's just a toxic branch.

Have been holding my package for days saying its not in their system but will come tomorrow. The statement contradicts itself, i guess it can be summed up to poor service due to the holiday rush.

Came to pick up a package, the "Sorry we missed you" form clearly says return 8/26/23. After waiting 20 minutes while a woman to looked for it, she tells me it was returned to sender 8/22. I asked why it was returned since the note that was left says 8/26 I was told they only hold things for 14 days. ?????

Told me it was illegal to accidentally have my package delivered to my old address and wouldn't hold it again. Please don't have anything shipped through USPS. They are making up statutes now. I will change my review to 5 stars for anyone who finds the statute they are referring to.

This location has horrible customer service and one really lazy carrier! Because I could not pick up a package in the parcel box (central mailbox) - she took not only the package but also all of my mail AND put a HOLD on ALL mail! I sent a complaint to the PO - the first time she delivered my mail herself and apologized. The other times I have not heard a word from my complaints so have to drive to Danville to p/u so they release the HOLD the carrier chose to put on my mail. Oh did I mention this is the 4th time?
