This location is always clean, and the staff are always very friendly. They keep their store well stocked, organized, and is one of the best places to buy reliable work boots. You can buy items ranging from kayaks, to outdoor equipment, along with some gardening supplies. This location is definetly worth the drive and well equipped with kind and knowledgable staff.

Very, very helpful. I am an elderly woman now wearing oxygen. The staff as overtly helpful. Cheerfully loading heavy item in my car. That's why I will be a repeat customer. Thanks TCS

My regular dog wash was being remodeled so I thought I would give there's a try. The staff was friendly and the room seemed well organized with everything in it that I would need. The issues I had was with the dog wash station itself. They were using a braided steel kitchen supply line with a garden hose attachment. That seemed to choke down the water supply. So there was absolutely no pressure to actually rinse the suds out of your pet's coat. The second thing I realized was there was no hot water. I don't know if this was because the station was used a lot that day. Or they just don't have adequate hot water. Maybe an on demand hot water unit should be installed. So in a nutshell, that was my first experience with their dogwash.

I placed an order on May 10th for a Simpson pressure washer. It arrived at my local store on May 20th, however it was apparently damaged, so TSC refused the shipment and sent it back to the vendor.No one called me to tell me what was going on, I had to find out all of this by checking the tracking number.Instead of waiting for a replacement to arrive, I called TSC customer service to ask if they can just cancel the order and they can not do that apparently until the new unit arrives at the store.So, while I can appreciate that someone was looking out for me and to not provide me with a damaged product, I very much dislike someone's initiative to take the matter into their own hands without consulting me first and how I would like to proceed.Now I am stuck, out $650, for who knows how long until a replacement pressure washer arrives at the store.
