AVOID THESE BAIT & SWITCH CLOWNSCalled ahead to do a simple inventory double check at NAPA Danville. They fvcked it up.Called to double check that NAPA Danville had Bosch ICON 26 and 16 inch wiper blades in stock. It was very clear I was after ICONs. They said they had them in stock. I asked the clerk to physically verify they were really in stock, not just a computer phantom. The clerk said they had them and set them aside.After a lengthy ride over, I asked the clerk to ring up the Bosch ICON blades. Clerk brings up a couple of low tier Bosch blades. I said "This isn't what I asked were in stock on the phone. I asked about ICONs." The clerk quipped "We don't carry those."Great punchline, NAPA Danville!! Jokes on you for trusting these Bait-and-Switch clowns! Can't even perform a simple inventory check.I got real ICON blades at Advance Auto (AA) in Plainfield. Randy (AA clerk) even installed them.Important note: bait-and-switch is very common in the auto parts world - especially for tires. Their website shows they are "in stock." When you get there - they're out of what you want. Then they try to up-sell an inferior in-stock product. ALWAYS call first to double check. Most places don't fvck up the inventory verification like NAPA Danville.Ye be warned.

Apparently they charged me $12/qt for Valvoline High Mileage 5w-30... Its $6/qt everywhere else. Don't go to this NAPA, their prices are irrationally higher than every other place on earth for the exact same product. Imagine if McDonalds had cheese burgers for a dollar so u go to another fast food store and they charge you $15 for the same cheese burger.I shouldn't have to worry that a major retailer is going to jip me on a very common item with a very standard price. Their response was "well...we could've charged you $17/qt...that's just what the manufacturer says is the most we could ever charge."

Thank God for NAPA. I was frustrated and was given bad advice. It took them minutes to straighten out my problem. They also made sure I didn’t buy more than I needed, for my project. They were genuinely sympathetic to my ordeal.

It's really Small, actually to small for that type of business! Definitely not the most friendly or helpful people working there either. Go to the one in Plainfield, definitely worth the trip!
