The self check out keep bringing up help is on the way. Not to mention there was no attendant at self check out . No carts,one cashier. And it was MONDAY 5pm. Like how do you give that bad of service. Not very happy. And we waited like
20 minutes for a attendant to come so we could come pay for are groceries

Never take your growing boys to grab just a couple items when they are in a snacking mood. I just went in for Apples & Belvita Bars. It never fails. You go in for just a couple items and you leave with so much more. Likely story, right. Ten or so items later, at least, I did leave with what I came for. The evening staffing was friendly and they facility was being cleaned.

Horrible lady that works at night!! Should not be working around people period! She is rude, pushy and constantly in the way at self check out!! I live in Danville and usually drive right by to go to Avon Kroger because of her.

I was overcharged on my groceries. The receipt that was given to me by the delivery person was $29.26 under the price on the one charged on line. This makes it cost me $57.25 for me to have my groceries delivered. This will never happen again. You can take your deliver and put it where the sun does not shine. It is a shame that you make your living taking advantage of people.

Nice, clean store but a lot of the sale items were sold out and shelves not restocked. Kinda felt like the employees were cold and detached.

Very RUDE cashier, little bit older lady with grayish/blondish hair? Got mad because my husband scanned his Kroger card before she was done ringing us up. Said not to do that because it “messes her up”, very rude about it. Also have had other people tell me about how rude she is and didnt think anything about it until today. Should NOT be working in customer service at all!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I will never step foot inside this store again. No real loss since they are usually out of product. The produce section is a joke! Do yourselves a favor, drive 5 miles to the Avon store. Night and day!

Even though it's smaller than the other Kroger stores, they have a lot of stuff here! Plus, you feel much safer in this area than the other stores! There isn't a gunshot listening device in this parking lot. ?
