I reached out to Eric to ask him about getting a BPO for our house. I got a response back almost immediately from him to make sure the BPO was the correct document needed, and to ask a few questions about the house. By the next day he had already created the BPO and sent it over. We will definitely be reaching out to him when we are looking to buy or sell next time

Eric was wonderful in helping us sell our Avon property. We only had a short time until we had to leave and an entire household to divest. He coordinated with the tenant in the front house and sold ours with all the furniture. Made our move simple. Closed within a month after we left. I recommended Eric to my son and Eric sold his house fast also. I would recommend Eric to anyone.

I felt that the Eric's knowledge of the local market could have been more comprehensive and while I appreciate his efforts, I was looking for someone a bit more engaging and a higher level of enthusiasm to represent our property.
