“Was looking to get some shopping done and have never been to Ella Mae's Boutique. I stopped by and was blown away with the selection they had. Not only that but the prices were SO reasonable. Sometimes you don't know what to expect at a boutique but I was so happy that I stopped by!! I can't wait to go back and I think this might be a regular shopping stop for me!”

“I called for information about a Hammitt purse I had not seen in person. It’s new and I wanted to know if my phone would fit in the outer back pocket. The purse had not arrived to their shop yet, and Hammitt had not yet sent them measurements. They sent me a text when the purse arrived to their shop. Instead of just giving me measurements, they sent me a video of one of their staff wearing the purse, putting her cell phone in the back pocket and even brought over another similar Hammitt purse for me to compare size. I have NEVER received such a helpful response! It was unexpected and very thoughtful. I loved the purse and immediately decided to purchase. About 15 minutes later I received a text with a picture of the shipping label already printed with the purse sent the same day. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for more. This is a business that knows how to treat their customers and provide the kind of service that makes you feel like you are a priority. Rest assured if you purchase from Michelle’s Boutique you will be in excellent hands.”

“Our daughter loves this shop and asked for some running wear for Christmas from here. Though they are only open three days a week, we managed to get up here while they were open. The business is located in a converted home with its own parking lot behind the building. After parking, we were directed to walk around to the front which has multiple steps even though there is a perfectly good ramp on the backside. My wife, who was using a cane asked about it and they only let people in wheel chairs come in and out of that entrance. I found that to be inconsiderate. Sure, most of their clients are in good shape if they are runners. But for us, it wasn't a great start to our experience. Inside, the space is small, but tidy. There were several racks of women's athletic wear and some accessories near the front check out counter. I will say that they woman working was otherwise helpful in finding something for us and since she was wearing some of the clothing herself, it was easy to see how the fit of the garments looked. Because it is a specialty boutique that carries quality clothing, the price was a bit of a shock to me. However, my wife didn't bat an eye because she informed me that the prices were what she expected. I defer to her expertise in these things. Other than the mobility issue and the somewhat small inventory, we had a positive shopping experience and were able to mark some items off our shopping list. Review #3404”
