I stopped in today and asked the manager if he could test my battery. He was friendly and he installed my new battery in no time. Top-notch customer service.!!

When we walked in the guy behind the counter was on the phone but he waved at us when we walked in the door. It was in the early evening just after 5:00 I believe. Turns out he was the only one there. We went in search of what we were looking for on our own. We actually found it! Once the gentleman got off the phone he immediately came over to see if he could help us. We explained why we were there and he made product recommendations and left us to make our decisions. He was friendly during checkout and asked to return. Great service from a great employee. I hope AutoZone knows what they have in this employee and values him as much as they should.

They advertise that they can check your battery for free and even replace it for free!! However, when I took my 2020 Tahoe in to have the battery checked, the woman that was working, came out with her battery checker, and was trying to check my battery inside the fuse box. She proceeded to tell me that she could not check my battery because my fuses were on top of the battery. Turns out, the battery was on the other side of the vehicle. So, I called my son he came and jumped my vehicle to get it started again, and I drove it to advanced auto parts in Danville, where they were able to check my battery, and even though they were unable to replace the battery for me, they sent me to Indy lube in Danville, and they were able to quickly change my battery! Point being, they should not have people working there come out and check your battery if they don't know enough about a car to know where the battery is. They may end up doing more damage to your car then you already have.
