If you want to sell your home, Austin is a great honest man to work with. He was very responsive to our requests and the process went very smooth. His professional photography team did a great job with our listings pictures. Our family had the pleasure of working with Austin Brown and his team on the sale of our home as well as buying/building our new one. His strategy brought in 13 offers in the first three days and helped us select the best one, which wasn't necessarily the "highest".Equally as impressive was how Austin and his team helped us in building our new home. We had no idea what went into ensuring the building process was not only successful, but that the builder (a national name) did not take advantage of us. Austin helped to negotiate $1,000's in savings and additions as well as come to the rescue in the 9th hour to get our purchase price reduced by $5K!!!There are just too many other things to list in this review, but suffice it to say that Austin was and is an amazing realtor and professional. There are a lot of great realtors out there, but it can be hard to find them in the crowd. Take the time to talk with Austin and before you know it, you will be in your dream home!

Austin was our realtor when my husband and I purchased our first home. I really can't say enough about how great he was to work with! He is friendly, responsive, helpful, and understanding! I met Austin Brown a few years ago when I was just starting to look at investment properties. Austin Is very responsive and he helped me close on my first rental property soon after.
