Terrible company! Had a leaking propane tank from that I was renting from this company and I the customer am out the leaked gas and I have to pay the service fee to get the tank fixed.

We have had terrible service!! It is impossible to get help as customer service is overseas. There are no offices in U.S. Our propane tank empty for days when it is on auto fill. Haven’t been to fill our tank in 7 months! Do not get service from this company!!!!

I always wonder why this is a zero star company. They have a office staff here. If you call the 1 800 number you would sent to the call center in India. Good luck with the call been under a hour. You might want to stop in for help

I've never written a review before but after the customer service I received I felt compelled to post one. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We tried to get this propane installed 4 times. I spent 4 days off work waiting and they never showed up, never gave me a call, never followed up but then they billed me for the service. I probably called 10 times over the course of the ordeal and gave them every opportunity to rectify the issue, it was never rectified or even really felt like they made any effort to care about retaining my business. I called another local supplier, had a tank the next day and customer service has been great. Would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could give 0 starts. We moved into a house that had an AmeriGas propane tank. We tried to get it filled but after 3 days of no heat while waiting for Ameri Gas to come out and fill it we switched to Indy Propane. Indy Propane was able to be to our house within 3 hrs of calling they dropped off a new tank and 30 mins later had it filled and the Ameri gas tank moved to our front yard. We have been trying for 3 months to get the Ameri gas tank picked up with 0 success. We have called multiple times and went by the location in Danville but have been given the run around. To top things off we recently got a bill in the mail for the rental fees of the tank.

Do not ever use amerigas. They’d rather have you freeze to death than deliver you some propane. I’ve run out twice, back to back winters. Pathetic.

This is the worst company that has zero interest in helping their customers.They have so bungled my gas delivery, 3 weeks ago i ordered and they sure took my money fast yet i sit here with still no gas. Then they have the nerve to say there is a 200.00 fee to get it delivered within the next 3 days! Are they serious? I will be calling the bbb and other companies tomorrow!

Terrible customer service! I have been on hold for 1 hour and 12 minutes and counting. They charge me tank rent because i have too big of a tank for my annual useage. (They picked the tank size). I asked them to give me a smaller tank...theres a charge for that. I am canceling my service with them!! 1 hour 15 minutes....still on hold.

Amerigas has been great on keeping our tank filled BUT the tank needs a new paint job. We have put in several requests through the years but have yet to see it become a bit less of an eyesore.
