“Nice clean space, dr. Gave us all the options and allowed us to make decisions. Didn’t feel like I was being judged for having to make decisions based on finances.”

“Alexandria Animal Hospital has been the absolute best to our girls. Dr. Chastain, Dr. Peacock, and all staff have been more than amazing. They are so thorough, communicate incredibly well, and give you the best honest advice there is! We couldn't be more thankful for our experience with them and will forever use this facility as our preferred clinic.”

“My poor dog was unable to walk. They were able to get him in right away. The vet was wonderful and compassionate, even sitting on the floor with my poor guy. After diagnosis of a pinched nerve in neck (or possibly a blown disc), he assured me that my pup would be able to recover with rest, medication and proper treatment. The staff was excellent as well. Highly recommend.”

“Staff is absolutely phenomenal. Initially, we intended to take our exotic pets here, as they were the closest vet that would take them. However, after we were told by our primary vet at a different practice that she was "too busy to provide the same level of care" for my GSD who had lymphoma, Devonshire was my saving grace. They took her as a patient and went above and beyond to provide the most compassionate care, all the way through her last days. I truly cannot recommend Devonshire enough and will never take my animals anywhere else.”

“I took a sick kitty in that I didnt think would live to make it there but did. They could have made money and treated the poor thing but the did the humane thing and ended the poor things suffering. Wasn't their kitty but whether it was genuine or an act they were sad.”

“Visited on 10/9/23, had our very sick cat Boots put to sleep. Very professional staff, sensitive to the emotional upset my family and I were experiencing over the loss of our feline family member. We have taken our other cats there before, as well as the one we just lost, always good services and prices.”

“Staff was great, but probably won't go back because the building is nearly impossible to get into in a wheelchair. The holes and steps in the parking lot and sidewalk are extremely difficult to maneuver and the doorway is no easier.”

“I love Dr. Smiley and all the staff at Devonshire! Very friendly and professional. My family has been taking our pets here ever since I was young and we love it. Although it can be expensive at times. I think it's worth it. They provide good, quality care for your fur babies.”

“I have used the services here twice and was very pleased both times . First time was years ago my Jack Russell Terrier tried to drag my African Gray parrot through the cage and succeeded in chewing her foot almost off . I was seen by Dr.Hess and as she's finishing up the amputation , she reminded me that the dog was doing what she was bred to do . Both the bird and the dog lived many more years ! More recently, my 2yr old cat was having issues and after being told it was an ear infection from another vet , she declined rapidly on a weekend . I called and they said bring her in . As we arrived we were shown in to a room and as I went to get her out of the carrier, she screamed then went limp . I went to the door and said I think she just passed away and it was instant a swarm of people to try to help . The vet came back in in a few minutes, confirming what I already knew , and spoke with us for about 20 min giving us his opinion of what it could have been ( not an ear inf ) They brought her back to us in a nice little burial bag and my husband took her to the car I went to the desk to pay . The lady told there would be no charge ! And they sent me a sympathy card and flowers ! How sweet !”

“The inaugural visit here did not go as planned, which I fault the previous day experience my dog endured at another vet which I won't get into here. This is about how patient and kind Broadway Veterinary Care is after all.My dog exhibited a level of aggression she has never shown in her life! The very patient vet worked with her best he could and even sustained an injury in the process of trying to muzzle her. In spite of all of the mayhem, the veterinarian remained to patient and kind. That speaks volumes to the good nature and love of animals you can expect from this wonderful place.I will be muzzle training and familiarizing my dog with wearing one and would be 100 percent confident in the treatment and care this facility can provide.”

“skittles our puppers had a gash and our regular vet had told us to take her to the VCA in Anderson and I was impressed. They were super nice and friendly. They did a nice job on the stitches and going over the directions with us. It was a relief that they could do it before weekend and I didn't have to worry about an infection setting in. The ladies at front desk so nice. if they were closer to where I lived I would consider changing vets. I really was impressed!!!”
