Over the last year I have received so many others mail and have had others have my mail. Also a lot of my packages get lost in the mail but says mail was delivered to my front door! I have never in my life dealt with a mail carrier service that always seems to have this problem! A couple of times I have even found my neighbor's mail just laying around the street! Very unacceptable service from the delivery department!

We don't have a drive way. We have a pull off on the edge of the road. If both me and my spouse are home they refuse to deliver mail. For days! And our mail has been delivered to the wrong house many many times. As well as my spouse and I are missing packages that say they were delivered Monday at 353pm. No word as to where they are.

My family and I moved here in November of 2016 and we have had to use a P.o. box ever since we moved here. which can get very frustrating especially if you work over an hour away and can never get your package because the post office has the worst hours. we’ve applied for a mailbox countless times and they always say they “can’t fit our house in their route” or “we can’t get one because they’ve changed rules on who gets a mailbox and who doesn’t” even though my neighbor to the left of me, neighbor to the right of me, neighbor across the street, all get their mail delivered to their mailbox. is it really much more work to stop at one house in between those. Very very frustrating and postmaster is very rude. terrible

Awful service, it never fails every Saturday they never deliver my mail. I can literally be gone all day and they say my box was blocked. Worst post office I've ever felt with.

Constantly losing or "misplacing" mail. Problems ever since previous post master retired. Hours are rediculous. We have a po box and they can never seem to locate our mail. This office is a complete joke. You can go in with a tracking number that shows they have received the item and they act like you are the stupid one. Fed up but if I complain, my complaint is forwarded to the person who is a part of the problem for further investigation. Therefor, nothing is ever done.

I've lived in daleville all of my life. I had gotten my mail super early every day until I moved to hilltop circle. It's in an edition. And I never know what time I will get it. One day she will be here bright and early in the morning, other times she won't come until 2 pm. It's frustrating especially when you're waiting on something or what have you. I've missed important meetings that I only received notifications through mail because of this. I strongly think that there needs to be regulation on how long they take to deliver the mail. Weigh it, determine a general amount of time it will take, and if not back by said time, penalize. This is people's MAIL. Your job is not hard and it shouldn't vary so widely in hours. I strongly dislike the mail carrier here and wish so badly that someone would fix it.
