This morning Ashley was at the register. She assisted me throughtout a jacked up process of me using a new company app that didn’t work but we got it solved

Reserved a shower and got shower 1. After realizing there are only 3 showers at this location anyways. Walked in to poop blast and smear all over the toilet. Don't worry I cleaned it free of charge since I needed to use it. A shame they didn't provide me with a toilet wand to really get in there.
The shower had low pressure and reminded me of my 100 year old home. Every time the toilets were flushed I went from scalding hot water to freezing cold water.
BUT!!! The employees were greeting everyone with a smile on their faces! So they get the 2 instead of 1 star. It's a shame I ran out of hours at this exit. Should've stopped in Brazil, Indiana. Never have issues there. Lesson learned.

Showers down at this location due to plumbing leak in shower 3.So I walked a mile to the other pilot. Their showers are down due to broken hot water heater.Hotel next door is closed, hotel by the other pilot is infested w bugs according to reviews on Google Maps, so stay on the road, no possibility of getting clean at this exit.Wish I knew that before I parked here. Take heed & avoid.

How does a place that hypes up its coffee so much never have French vanilla creamer? I have to stop here every morning at 5 all week for fuel and 3 out of 5 mornings a week there is no French vanilla creamer and out of order stickers on both dispensers. Is it that hard to manage inventory at a truck stop or is the night shift just too lazy to switch them out before the morning shift gets there?
