They need to update their website. They promote themselves as being able to treat pocket pets, including rats. However now when you call they say they don't treat rats. I think it is unprofessional to advertise services you don't provide. If anyone else is looker for small critter care, they need to look elsewhere.

a total fiasco from the start. We took our dog to get a toenail fixed because it had split all the way to the toe, we were told it required surgery to fix the problem and we happily agreed because we had been taking our animals there for years with great treatment. After surgery our dog was brought back to us with no dressing and his medication and pain pills mislabeled. Now 4 weeks later we take him back because he's still hurting and limping only to find out his toe is broken and it happened during the surgery and no surgery be told us!!! plus the female veterinarian was very rude and condescending to my wife when my wife was asking questions about the surgery and she refused to come out to the lobby to discuss anything. Now we have to pay another $800 to have his toe amputated. completely disappointed with that vet, normally we have Dr. E see our dog and no issue. Don't know what we're going to do after the surgery.

Dr King is our new go to! We had a great experience. He was able to diagnose and treat what other vets couldn't find. Very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. Wonderful facility with friendly, professional staff! So thankful we found him. Worth the drive!!!!!

My mare was at 2 high dollar ranch and antibiotics the original vet gave wasn't working so sherry hauled into doctor king and I met her there he was professional and personable came up with a plan started new meds and made up his Magic paste and it sent me on our way he was fair priced I was super impressed from now on I'll be hauling to doctor king for everything

Been taking my two dogs here for six years and loved it till Covid hit. My dog got sick on a Thursday night and they couldn't see him on Friday when I called had to take him to Anderson on Saturday to the animal hospital. Now you can never get anyone on the phone there unless you call 3 or 4 times. I couldn't get ahold of them to confirm my dog's appointment and left a message thinking that was ok and also confirmEd in a text that they send which I got a confirmation from. Took off work and drove a half hour with my two dogs to appointment and the girl tells me they canceled my dogs appointments because I didn't confirm and acted like it was my fault and told me I could get another appointment or admit my dogs over night for care. I was so upset! Just bad customer service for a loyal customer

Our girl loves the staff at Country Critters. We rescued her last year in the midst of the pandemic and needed a veterinarian. Country Critters Veterinarian Hospital were great. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Even with the pandemic they are always ready to help.
