This place the worst. Second time dealing with them and the first time around was just as awful. We’ve had nothing but issues since day one. Husband just got a new job and called to let them know so we could change from payments to coincide with our paychecks. He let the lady know when he would be receiving his first check and she said that was perfectly fine and that we could make a two-week payment on that date. Get a phone call a week from the supposed payment due date and are told payment must be made that night. She refused to listen to the fact that we’d already been told next week would be fine to do a payment and basically made it sound like if we didn’t pay that night we’d be put in the computer for repo. We’ve never even been late before. This place advertises like they’re here to help people with bad credit, etc. but really they simply prey on people who can’t afford anything else!!!

I just spoke to the most unprofessional rude representative and then when asked to speak to a manager I got selisha.. she is just as rude. Our vehicle is half way paid off and now it is a problem that the payment is late and they want documentation of why. First off, my personal life is none of their business. They want a receipt of why I didn't pay it in full. What I have going on is no one's business. Let's talk about the fact that every 4 months we have to put it in the shop to get it fixed. But they aren't taking that money off the purchase price. Im bout to trade this pos vehicle in so I don't have to deal with the rudeness.

I had car loan through them paid on time for 3yrs11months payment was auto paythe laat payment they didnt take they came and repoed my van over $215. Could of sent me a letter saying that i still owe im waiting for my title instead thay took my van...

They take your struggles and pretty much taunt you for them paid off the first car worked a job that stole my money so gotta another job and they can’t wait one week til I get paid think they shut it off so paid them and it’s still shut off been in constant contact no dodging them these ppl won’t work with you they go against you before the job stole my money was making payments full on time so never again for me not even a whole month late and they won’t work with me like jobs pay cash everyday, something really wrong with these folks unless you got life all together don’t fw them and the bad part about this I have proof for everything and they still won’t work with you it’s like they bully you at the most vulnerable moment in life when you need and trying to work with them

The way that the workers talk to people is insane…. The harassment is ridiculous they get smart over the phone when you’re trying to explain whatever issues you’re having 1 day late they’re calling and making threats my account is not behind I may be late but I’m not behind. Making comments like well why come you can’t pay on this day and it would be priority to pay my car note so I can pay my bills and get back and forth to work … no compassion at all knowing that the prices of products are high the cost of living is high …. Just stop harassing people and talking to them like we are kids …. I should have listened to my mom when she said do go to oak motors but I was so desperate for a car to get around so I can take care of my family the best way I can right now … 0 stars really

The worst mistake I made was purchasing a car from oak motors I didn’t realize that there was a third party involved until I needed to change my payments from weekly to bi-weekly. The people at this company is soooo rude always have an attitude. Very nasty people I just think it’s crazy they get smart over the phone but I bet they wouldn’t do it in person. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all take your business else where do not buy from oak motors.!!!!

They violate Federal law by discussing your account with others that are not you. Had them calling my nephew and brother discussing my account and payment amounts on 3 separate calls. (calls were recorded). Federal complaints are being filed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.

This is the second time. I have called to ask questions and my lady wasn't there. (not the issue) I understand you want your money. I haven't missed a payment. And everyone has a story. I also have ran a business and absolutely made sure customers we heard. It is the first car I have ever bought. However, situations happen. I have read the reviews and so far I agree. I don't normally leave reviews but their customer service is awful. Again my actual agent is fantastic and kind but whew I lost about lost it on the phone with someone else. Word of mouth is huge. Your reputation with customer is not. If those are constant you Imay want to try and revamp. Won't name the two ladies names because they need coaching for sure.I have a lot of Grace for people. But this lady made me feel like if I paid two days later than normal. I would lose my car??? Now I could see if. I Was behind. Again wasn't trying to get put of it just wanted to move the date. I don't know. I hope it's changes. I am a talker I love people. But she was so rude. I just stopped. Keep in mind ON YOUR WEBSITE. It states the tough situation communication is best. I hope they can turn it around because I love my lady.

My husband and I have had great experience with Indiana Finance Company. The customer support department was extremely helpful when we had trouble getting our new vehicle tagged. They were also helpful when we needed to change our payment dates. We will gladly use this company again in the future.

Says they only talk a certain way if a payment is 1-3 days late causing emotional distress intimidates and gaslights customers into pressuring them. I have never been so horribly treated by a company. We’re all struggling I get that you’re a business I run one as well but what I won’t tolerate is the disrespect your employees have made towards me yelling threatening me telling me because I spoke up for myself they refuse to work to help me but I’m supposed to take the harassment???? At what cost. I will never work with this company again. By far worst company I have ever worked with. Get better people who actually care. I may have been late on payment but I have said since beginning my payment days work on mondays and have been lied to by oak and Indiana finance about paying on fridays I can’t do fridays and you guys will not change it. That’s not my fault. That’s on you for misleading customers then getting mad that I am late.. absolutely insane. Extremely poor business ethics explains the class actions and reviews.

Never go to this company I just lost 2600 dollars on a lemon car and my car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I only had the car a week while it was running I payed 650 on rental cars and they still wanted me to make my car payment the customer service is terrible they already have class action law suit on them

Called last week & told them I couldn’t pay on the app because the contract was not pulling up. Called and spoke with Melissa and she said she would follow up. Got a text saying there a glitch and it should be fixed. Now I call back today to let them know it’s still not working and I get told “there’s nothing else I can tell you to do” like maybe fix the issue ??!! Lmao it is ALWAYS something with this damn place. Customer service is non existent. They just want to rush you off the phone

The lady that I talked to on the phone with she was nothing but rude for no reason and she didn’t hardly let me get a word out and she just kept on talking over me I honestly don’t even know how they are still in business with how rude and disrespectful everyone is it’s not right they just think everyone is made out of money and I got some insurance for my car and they are still saying it’s not good enough

The most unprofessional people. If you ask a question about payment (coming from someone who is never late on a payment) they treat you like you're uneducated and hang up rudely without helping at all. You either pay on time or they come repo your vehicle! They also said I could refinance back in March 2023, so I did, but instead of paying $289 every other week I'm still paying $314 every other week so how was this refinanced as I was told? They always say late fee applied but it automatically withdrawals from my account.
