Since Fran left it’s bad they don’t let u make payments anymore we had to take our cat back 2 times for a dislocated jaw and he had ear mites the first time they didn’t catch them did the second time and said somthing about it but his jaw dislocated again and we had to take him again for almost a total of 500$ for a dislocated jaw and ear mites. Not going back here and I hope other people see this and don’t take there pets here they don’t care about the pet they just want to finish there shift and get home

They really care about your animal friends here! My family had taken our pets to Fran for years and have such become accustomed to a significant level of care. You'll be happy to know that you'll be met with the same level of care when your pets see Doctors Hoagland and Doctor Naylor. They are all thorough, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The staff are all awesome and willing to answer any of your questions; if the staff can't answer your questions the doctors will. Literally. I called with a post op question about my cat, the staff asked if they could call me back. I expected a call from a tech or the receptionists but Dr. Naylor called me back herself. She answered all of my questions and reassured me that I was doing all the right things for my sweet baby kitty. It was an extremely positive experience.

Very friendly staff. Clean facility. Vet seemed very knowledgeable and was good with my dog. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

I am not one to leave reviews but this one deserves it. Their customer service from the front desk employees is less than impressive. The one receptionist is constantly stating rude comments, interrupts conversations you are having with other employees, and treats as if you are annoying her for being there. Today I was walked in, and was very early due to time change from where I live to where the office is located (my fault). She so rudely yelled in response to my appointment time across the room making me feel like a complete idiot in front of all the customers and continued to laugh in my face. I ended up leaving and canceling the appointment and explained to them I will be looking for a new vet.

Well since Dr Fran has retired, an Dr Hoagland has bought her practice dont know if I am comfortable.

This is a decent place to take your beloved fur babies, however they can't provide a cost or around about a mount for something as simple as vaccines for a cat or dog , the staff upfront seems nice the new girl is sweet , the vet does care as far as I'm concerned but I think prices should be available for your knowledge,it's a kinda hope I have enough kinda thing when you go there , I don't understand it , this is why the 3 star ⭐ rating ,I'll continue to go and see if they approve any, iam very new to the area from another state ,but an Indiana native . I do give thanks for the service I have been provided for my fur baby just wish you could bring simple things as vaccines for dogs ,cats & kittens ,I call and literally nobody knows any price for anything,to me that's poor communication all the way around. Hope y'all get it worked out this could easily be a 5 ⭐ rating

Called to set up a first appointment for our two dogs and was informed since we already had seen another vet previously that they wouldn't accept us. Never even asked why we were wanting to switch vets.

I've been going here since my first pet ever owned in the 1980s. Never wanted to take my animals anywhere else. Great place!!
